Sales Associate
Our sales associates are the first to interact with our customers, making them the secret ingredient to our success. They’re personal shoppers, advice givers and trusted friends for many of our loyal customers.
Support Associate
Our support team keeps everything running smoothly behind-the-scenes. From processing truck deliveries to fulfilling online orders and warehouse deliveries, they make sure our products get into the right hands.
Lead Associate
These associates work closely with management, act as mentors to their team and lead areas of operation within their store, from Human Resources and Selling to Visual Merchandising and Asset Protection.
Beauty Advisors
These are experts in all things beauty. They leverage their product knowledge to recommend the right products to our customers, as well as give them tips and tricks for looking their best.
Visual Merchandising
These associates bring Belk products to life by creating engaging shopping environments throughout the store and inspiring customers through visual storytelling.
Asset Protection
This team works to protect our product and ensure their teams understand merchandise protection standards and the importance of delivering great customer service in order to protect our assets.
