This fast-paced, 3-day program for college sophomores is packed with knowledge and insight into big box retail and 
the fashion industry. You’ll gain experience in Merchandising, Planning, Apparel Design, Sourcing, Finance and Supply Chain through seminars, job shadowing and more! 

You’ll also get the opportunity to network with key associates and senior leaders to get practical career advice, all while closing 
out your experience with a group project tackling a Belk-specific case study you’ll present to your peers.
