
Digital Marketing Analyst, Email (Hybrid)

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to ensure continuous optimization. Creativity, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role.
Job Functions
- Responsible for spearheading email campaign strategy. This role will encompass managing content strategy for daily marketing emails, vendor emails and targeted emails.
- Collaborate with cross-channel marketing teams to ensure an omni-channel approach when it comes to email, SMS and app
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital merchants, the loyalty team, co-op, creative, etc.
- Establish KPIs for campaigns, flows, and specific segments that are aligned with larger business objectives and perform reporting as needed.
- Manage communications between creative teams, co-op teams, digital merchants and loyalty teams.
- Manage email lists and audience segmentation – requesting the proper audience based on business objects.
- Leverage customer data, behavior, and preferences to strategize dynamic, targeted content that enhances engagement and drives conversions across diverse customer segments.
- Assist in the project management of delivering and gaining approval for campaign components.
- Perform thorough quality assurance testing of emails to ensure they render correctly across various devices and email clients.
- Perform additional tasks as needed

Minimum Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience Specific Degree: Marketing, Business Administration or related degree
- 2 or more years of applicable experience with developing email marketing strategies
- Industry experience: Direct to consumer or agency
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Retail Marketing experience, preferred
- Specific work or project experience: Familiarity with HTML, and dynamic content code
Knowledge & Skills
- Data-driven/analytical mindset with proven ability to analyze, organize and derive insights and action plans from large amounts of data. Understanding of email analytics platforms, data and interactive attribution models.
- Quantitative skills to conduct analysis, interpret results, identify trends, and formulate solutions
- Ideal candidates will possess strong interactive marketing skills including experience measuring and tracking performance.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated capability at effectively communicating at all levels. Ability to develop and deliver scheduled reporting of results to all business levels to communicate performance of interactive programs and initiatives, via both written and oral presentation.
- Ideal candidates will have a strong sense of teamwork. Must have experience building and leverage cross functional relationships to effectively collaborate. .
- A passion and desire to take email campaigns to the highest possible level and adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape is a must.
- Organized self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly, and prioritize their work.
